Place one scoop of Chapman’s Vanilla Frozen Yogurt into each muffin cup.

Using the back of a spoon, press Chapman’s Vanilla Frozen Yogurt into each muffin cup and flatten top.

Sprinkle with chopped nuts and seeds, chopped fruit, and blueberries.
